SHIPPING COSTS AND TRANSIT TIMES

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged on the invoice under the heading “SHIPPING”. If you wish to collect the package at our offices, or arrange for collection through your trusted carrier, we do not charge any amount for this concept.

Shipping rates will be calculated based on the weight of the package.

International shipments outside the European Union may incur additional customs costs and the shipping cost will be calculated once the order is placed and will be added to the customer's final invoice.

* Shipping times are approximate (Domestic: 3-5 business days / International: 7-8 business days). MindTraveler will not be held responsible in any case for any delay that may occur in the delivery of the packages once they have been collected at our facilities by the corresponding transport company.
